[/sarcasm]
I installed an aftermarket head unit and Sirius tuner in my dad's Focus, and the only thing I used a screwdriver for was to help rip open the stupid package the batteries for the headunit remote came in. Everything in that car just snaps together like legos. The glovebox is held in by rubber stoppers which prevent it from falling out, that's how bad it is. It's convenient when installing though, I had the entire thing done in about an hour, and it was my first time doing any audio work on anything besides my car (and my parents Sonata, but it's exactly the same process for doing audio work in that car)
