Well make sure you check and double check your work and then don't do it cuz I am out a decent amount of money right now.

Here are the pictures of the torn speed sensor wire. The bolt that holds the wire was apparently not attached and as a result the wire rubbed until it went through the shield. Here is a close up of the wire were it is stripped.. So bottom line if your tib is lowered make sure to check the bolts that hold on your speed sensors, and check to make sure the wire isnt rubbing anything.....because I have had mine lowered for a while and this and the problem came out of the blue.

Shit, that sucks.
Although if that's all that needs replacing, I'd say your lucky, because that has got to be cheaper than a new tranny.

Yeah but only by a few hundred bucks. The sensors are kinda expensive.......and the labor.

He fucked the speed sensor, you can't fix a speed sensor. Granted, probably could have done the install work... but most of us aren't broke.

has nothing to do with being broke....has to do with wasting money which could go towards other things that are good...i meant pay for the sensor it self but out of the 4 or 5 of us willing to do it, we could have done the labor for free
